Shipping Options

Shipment Processing Time

All orders (except products that are currently out of stock or made-to-order items) are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Estimated delivery timelines:

• Express shipping usually takes 3–8 business days depending on the region.
• Deliveries within Rajasthan, Delhi, and Uttar Pradesh are generally completed within 3 business days.
• Deliveries to Southern and Eastern regions of India may take approximately 5–8 business days.

Custom-made or handcrafted products that need to be manufactured may take around 1–2 weeks to be dispatched.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. In case of a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes

P Palettes ships across India, and delivery is available for most serviceable pin codes.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email or message once your order has been shipped, along with the tracking number. Tracking details usually become active within 24 hours.

Damages

P Palettes is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

To file a claim for a damaged product, customers must provide a proper unboxing video clearly showing the issue. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged products before filing a claim.

Claims made without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.
